SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Simply Green Designs Inc. ("Simply Green Designs," "we," "our," or "us") offers an SMS messaging program to provide appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications through our website forms with dedicated consent checkboxes.

Opt-In & Consent

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Simply Green Designs related to your appointments and services. You may opt in through our website by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or booking forms.

Cancellation

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, simply opt in again through our website.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider's plan. Simply Green Designs is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Simply Green Designs is not responsible for messages that are not received due to network issues or device incompatibility.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers. If your carrier is not supported, you may not receive messages from our program.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

General Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
